What is the BEST website to blog free?

I know this question has been asked few times but i want to hear from those who are blogging. which website do you advice?
Where you can review and receive reviews? Where you have nice theme and options? or what ever the reason is which website do you advice to blog?.. I have few on my list, i can’t decide which one to start with so, i want to hear from experienced ones! thanks in advance!!

I prefer Blogger/Blogspot. It’s extremely easy to use, it looks good, and adding features is very simple. Plus, if you want, I can dig up a link to another Blogger site that has all sorts of tweaks and features – like changing the two-column basic to a three-column layout.

I also use WritersOwnWords, which I keep attached to my main blog, where I have archived a lot of my work. It’s much harder to use, and ugly as sin, but it’s pretty good for archiving writing. I call that the “Washroom Annex.”
